Eppendorf North America Inc. (Eppendorf) is a Rensselaer Marketplace enabled supplier of laboratory consumables, equipment, and instruments. Eppendorf’s product range includes pipettes and automated pipetting systems, dispensers, centrifuges, mixers, spectrometers, and DNA amplification equipment as well as ultra-low temperature freezers, fermentors, bioreactors, CO2 incubators, shakers, and cell manipulation systems. Consumables such as pipette tips, test tubes, microtiter plates, and single-use bioreactor vessels complement the range of highest-quality premium products. Contract Information: The Eppendorf contract is a negotiated contract that provides a comprehensive discount structure to support the needs of research. Products consist of consumables, equipment, and instruments. Services are excluded unless provided with the purchase of equipment or instruments.

Contract Term: 11/15/2021 through 11/14/2024 with an option to renew for two additional years.
Ordering Information: Eppendorf offers Quote-to-PunchOut capability. All orders should be placed through the PunchOut catalog.
Invoicing: E-Invoicing for PunchOut orders
Delivery/Shipping: Free dock-to-dock shipping for most ground orders, special handling, installation and additional service charges may apply.
Acceptance of Equipment: All equipment shall be inspected by the ordering department within five (5) business days of receipt of the equipment. Shortages, incorrect equipment of defects must be reported to Eppendorf in within seventy-two (72) hours of the inspection.
Returns: 30 day return policy on eligible products. Non-returnable products are: consumable boxes that are damaged, marked, opened and/or with original seal removed, printed circuit (PC) boards and all repair parts including software, probes, sensors, and customized instruments and bar-coded products.
Equipment not listed above may not be returned without the prior written authorization of Eppendorf. Ordering department must contact Eppendorf North America Customer Services at 1-800-645-3050 to request a return authorization.
