Online Shopping Cart at Rensselaer (OSCAR) is a user-friendly eProcurement solution designed to streamline the requisition process for campus shoppers and requestors.  OSCAR allows for a more integrated and flexible purchasing experience in accessing both catalog and non-catalog suppliers.
